Acceptable use
Last updated: October 14, 2026
You may not use FaxTheWeb to send:
- Advertisements or marketing to people who did not agree to receive them (unsolicited or “junk” faxes), or anything sent in bulk.
- Anything unlawful, threatening, harassing, fraudulent or deceptive, or that infringes someone’s rights.
- Material you do not have the right to send.
- Faxes to destinations we have blocked for legal reasons.
Each fax goes to one recipient. We may refuse, cancel or report a fax that breaks these rules, and we may block repeat abuse. Our fax carrier’s own acceptable use policy also applies to what you send.
Do not send unsolicited advertising faxes. We also apply the acceptable-use rules of our carrier. We may block a fax, refuse a destination or suspend access when we see abuse.
