  • One fax to a U.S. or Canadian number is $2.99, up to 10 document pages plus an optional cover. No account needed.
  • International faxes are $9.99 USD for up to 5 document pages plus an optional cover, on supported destinations outside the U.S. and Canada. Check availability before sending.
  • If we cannot deliver your fax, we refund you. A partly sent fax gets a manual review.
  • We delete our copy of your document after the fax finishes.

What happens after you pay

We send it

We rebuild your PDF as a clean fax document and place the call. If the line is busy, we retry a limited number of times.

You see the status

Your status link shows queued, sending, delivered or not delivered. We email you at the end.

We delete our copy

We delete the document from our storage after the fax finishes. Our fax carrier may keep its own copy under its own rules.

Questions

What does “delivered” mean?

The receiving fax system accepted the transmission. It does not confirm that a person read it or that an office accepted it as a filing.

What if it fails?

If we confirm the fax could not be delivered, we refund a single fax in full. If only part of it may have gone through, or we cannot confirm the result, we do not resend it automatically. We review it and email you within 1 business day.

Can I fax a form to a government office or a doctor?

You can fax any lawful document. Check whether the recipient accepts faxed copies. We cannot tell you whether an institution will accept it.

Is it secure?

Documents are encrypted in our storage and deleted after the fax finishes. Fax is not an end-to-end encrypted channel, and we make no compliance claims such as HIPAA. Do not send documents you are not allowed to send by fax.

Which countries can I send to?

Search the country box above. Countries not listed as available cannot be sent to yet. Some destinations are blocked for legal reasons.
